At the start of 2016, Qingshan Cable launched a cutting-edge new product—the Eco-Wire—onto the market with great success. This new product boasts three unique features that set it apart from conventional wires: 1. Copper wires that never turn black. The copper wires are coated on their surface; when exposed to water or humid environments containing acidic, alkaline, or saline mist and pollutants, they won't oxidize and turn black, ensuring 100% conductivity. 2. Low-smoke, halogen-free, and non-toxic insulation. While ordinary PVC wires emit black smoke and release hydrogen chloride when burned, this low-smoke, halogen-free wire achieves a light transmittance of 90% when burned and contains no halogens at all. In the event of a fire in high-rise buildings or hotels, this property facilitates easier evacuation and enables firefighters to extinguish the blaze more quickly, thereby reducing primary and secondary injuries. 3. The “Plastic King”—a material used in aerospace applications. The outer jacket is made of Teflon, known in Chinese as "Te Fulong." It’s highly resistant to burning (with an oxygen index of 90) and possesses six remarkable properties: (1) Temperature resistance—from -80℃ to 260℃ without deformation; (2) Excellent abrasion resistance (showing outstanding wear resistance even under heavy loads); (3) Chemical corrosion resistance (virtually immune to chemical attack—even strong acids like aqua regia cannot erode it); (4) Moisture resistance (the surface doesn’t easily absorb water, oils, or solutions; a simple wipe will suffice); (5) Low friction (with a coefficient of friction ranging only between 0.05 and 0.15); (6) Non-stick properties (used as a coating for baking trays in food ovens).
