Haiyan County Offshore Solar Farm

The Phase I 30-megawatt Tidal Flat Photovoltaic Power Project at Haiyan Development Zone Wharf has a total investment of 1.36 billion yuan, covering an offshore area of approximately 416 mu. The photovoltaic modules are arranged on the coastal tidal flats between the approach bridges of Haiyan Wharf. A total of 4,046 pipe piles were installed in the offshore photovoltaic area, supporting 54,656 photovoltaic modules. The entire power plant is divided into 7 units, with a total installed capacity of 30.06 megawatts. The annual power generation capacity of the photovoltaic plant is 33.547 million kWh. After operation, it is estimated to save 10,000 tons of standard coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 27,800 tons annually, along with reductions in emissions of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides.
