On September 23, 2019, during the autumnal equinox—a time of crisp, refreshing autumn weather—Qinshan Cable welcomed on-site inspections by experts conducting a review of its qualifications and capabilities by the State Grid. The company’s leaders and relevant departments provided full-time accompaniment throughout the inspection process.
