5. If any cable quality problem is found due to the company's responsibility during the on-site inspection and installation, the company will make a reply within 24 hours after receiving the notice, and the company will immediately send personnel to the site for service if necessary,
6. If the cable quality problem is caused by the company's manufacturing reasons and cannot be used, the company is responsible for "repair", "replacement" and "return".
7. If there are differences in quality or it is difficult to determine, it is necessary to go to the authority for inspection, and if the inspection result is found to be unqualified, the company will bear all direct losses and expenses incurred therefrom, including sampling fee, transportation fee, handling fee and inspection fee.
8. Under normal working environment and service conditions, the cable quality guarantee period is one year, and the cable service life is more than 20 years. The company will be responsible for all kinds of quality problems occurred in the cable within 20 years, if it is the manufacturing reason.
