Service commitment

1. Users in the selection stage, the company welcomes users to the company for on-site inspection, the company will provide all convenience, and provide a variety of information and answer users a variety of technical advice.

2. Before the products are delivered, the company will inform the user and provide the user with the product quality guarantee form and the goods delivery note required by the contract.

3. When sending, the company will use automobile or railway transportation, and send special personnel to escort until the user receives the goods. The supplier will be responsible for no loss of cable in transportation.

4. When the cable is delivered to the user, the company will send personnel to participate in the acceptance.

5. If any cable quality problem is found due to the company's responsibility during the on-site inspection and installation, the company will make a reply within 24 hours after receiving the notice, and the company will immediately send personnel to the site for service if necessary,

6. If the cable quality problem is caused by the company's manufacturing reasons and cannot be used, the company is responsible for "repair", "replacement" and "return".

7. If there are differences in quality or it is difficult to determine, it is necessary to go to the authority for inspection, and if the inspection result is found to be unqualified, the company will bear all direct losses and expenses incurred therefrom, including sampling fee, transportation fee, handling fee and inspection fee.

8. Under normal working environment and service conditions, the cable quality guarantee period is one year, and the cable service life is more than 20 years. The company will be responsible for all kinds of quality problems occurred in the cable within 20 years, if it is the manufacturing reason.
